Here's my opinion on how the recruitment is going. The first pool for our batch are the guys that have been contacted for their first and second interviews and they will probably select from there for TS.
Then the next pool which contains those of us that have not been interviewed will come up, just like the 1st pool, we would have both interviews too and whatever.
The pools may be more than 3 so it may still take a while for some of us to have our 1st interview.

Who knows if the next stage handled by HCP will permit the use of calculators. I gathered HCP questions are GMAT based formats.

I did one of their interview last two weeks, prepare for something like Verbal assessment (20 Q), you will write essay, the question can come from any area of economy...... pls prepare well oooo. I wasn't successful then becos I failed one out of the two essay question. all de best.

Training started since 2nd of April for the first batch, and induction will be early next week after which second batch will start. Those in training are last year backlog but the next batch will consist of 2017 applicants.

In a bid to fill various vacancies in the North, Access Bank will conduct 2 sets of tests in Kaduna on May 22, 2017. This test is strictly for people of Northern origin (the 19 states with the exception of Kwara) and people who have lived or schooled in the North.

The requirements are as follows:

1. Executive Trainee

2:1 or 2:2 with foreign masters
Maximum age of 26.5

2. Frontline Interns
Minimum of 2:2
Maximum age of 25

Let's stop blaming Fidelity bank pls, beside some of us wrote First bank aptitude test since 2016 December and up till today neither have we seen our score nor update for interview, honestly Fidelity bank system is quite OK. so let's give them time to do their will. we shall all be call for interview, but mind you all of us cannot make it to TS same time, so definitely some will have to be in stream 2!!!!!!

Exactly my thoughts too. I can remember early last month when I was called for induction at GTB. The same time, the invite for Fidelity Bank test came. I ditched GTB for it (I regretted it) but just yesterday, I received a call from GTB and they asked if I am still interested to work with them. Remove your mind from this guys. Invites will roll in.

I urge us to work with dis advice, very hard to do but then try it, take ur mind off the whole process pending when you get their sms, so as to avoid unnecessary tension and depression dat accompany this delay. I have let it off my mind my people, act like me pls.

Don't be worried, if you are not in stream 1, definitely you will be in stream 2!!!!

Just observe something abt dragnet after my KPMG test today, honestly, I doubt the credibility of dragnet. I was almost tru with my test today, when one of their system operator came and ask us to press some key only for the questions have answered to now untick itself. dats hw I fail the test today. have lost confidence in dragnet. totally disappointed in those guys. my people I wouldn't be surprise to hear FBN are tru with their graduate trainee recruitment.
