Why the government is fighting Boko Haram, Militant Herdsmen, Shite, Bandits and others of similar orientation in Northern Nigeria surprises me.
Nearly two decades ago, they implemented shariah with funfair. Now they are fighting for an Islamic Republic why cant this be granted? The government should ask all non-compliant people to leave Borno and Yobe. Let these states be given to this cause. Government should make efforts to resettle those who may leave. Redraw the map of Nigeria. An agitation that has lasted for nearly 20 years is worth consideration. Nigerian government has spent more than 4 billion dollars in counter-insurgency. To resettle citizens of Borno and Yobe say in neighbouring state will cost less.
Allow the shites, Boko Haram, Herdsmen, Bandits to have their own country. Borno and Yobe should be carved out for this purpose.
If my advice is adhered to peace will reign.

The Management of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) is pleased to offer you employment as a Graduate Trainee (CHEMICAL ENGINEERING) on a Consolidated Annual Salary of N1,560,000.00 per annum on the Corporation's Salary Grade, SS6. 2.0 This offer is subject to a successful Medical Examination to be conducted by the Corporation's Medical Doctors, and a successful Police Clearance. Your employment will be confirmed at the end of 12 months from the date of your assumption of duty subject to a satisfactory probationary service and successful completetion of the Foundation Skills Training Programme (FSTP).

3.0 Your first work assignment with the Corporation will be communicated to you on completion of the on-boarding process and the FSTP.

4.0 When assuming duty, please come along with the following:
i) Five passport-sized photographs;
ii) Original and 2 photocopies of Certificates of Educational Qualifications;
iii) Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age;
iv) NYSC Discharge Certificate (if applicatble).

5.0 If this employment is acceptable to you, please sign and return the attached copy of this letter to the General Manager, Human Resources Division on or before the Friday 20th July 2019. When assuming duty, please report to the General Manager, Human Resources Division, NNPC Towers, Central Business District, Abuja for documentation and on-boarding.

Just keep the hope. it has become a norm in most big co. in Naija. Hop you no when First bank you quoted above kick start their GT? since 2016! but then its banking sector so attractive now self? may God grant us the best in life.

I am lucky to be among those that were just called... This is a breakdown of my analysis.. We were 14 dat were invited on Thursday and mostly April 21 and few June for Lagos and some Ibadan folks too.. On Friday more guys were invited and I think its like 10 of them.. God does things according to his own timing not your own wish or desire, move one with life and wait for God's timing, you can't push God to act by whether Fidelity likes it or not. Happy Sunday

My journey to fidelity... She smiled wen I asked her if dey still intend to call more pple for second interview nd said dat dey have not even started dat its just 40 persons dat are in d TS nd Lagos has like 7 persons dia... She said dat d TS may run up to 5 batches (I said may).. Nd again it's according to d date u had ur first interview so if u are among d first interviewers den u should expect to come in maybe next batch depending if u were succesful.. She said d MD is very busy buh probably once dis present guys in ts are out another batch wll be called in.. Ask ur question if u have any

My post here na once in 3 months now. I wish say, na like dis banking sector dae, all dis while, I for the pray to work in one of this Oil firm. God pass devil sha!!!!

For those dat cares to listen, get urself busy with something, most of this big organization use years to conclude recruitment. beside you can't stay and be wasting ur time, all becos of first bank, add something to ur CV. in fact banking sector is not de best place to work now self. people get dropped on a daily basis for offense you never committed..... I have seen a lot in the little time, I have spent in one of the new generation bank. all the best my people.

For those who are yet to be called by Fidelity bank, pls relax ur mind and feel very good. 75% of those dat passed aptitude test will be called upon for TS. just like the way, we all never wrote aptitude test same day, there's no way we will start job same day. find something to keep you busy for now pending when you are called. beside banking job is not even the best for now self, but then all die na die. before December Fidelity bank will call us, and if you so like banking, then check other banks, the pay is just 3% different. good luck my people. for those in TS already, I wish you all the best.
