No sir. Since they defected and their seats declared vacant, they ceased to be called lawmakers from that moment and the number of the honorable members validly reduced to 4. The matter is still in court, let's wait till then.
However since the Supreme Court has assumed jurisdiction on the matter even when the subject was not before it, her decision is final and binding on all and that was why Fubara was ready to recognise them and willing to represent the budget unfortunately, the powers that be was not expecting him to comply and were disappointed.

On the Court Judgement, the SC didn't delve into the merits of the matter.

However, the President was wrong and ill-advised on the removal of elected officials. Worse still to even vest the authority of making laws on FEC, rather than the NASS is another aberration.

I am even surprised that Fubara's crase even has limits . I thought he will disobey and disregard the Supreme Court ruling and run the state under Executive Orders as he has been doing ever since he chased duly elected representatives of the Rivers people from holding plenary in the now demolished state assembly complex .


What level of madness was Fubara operating on that he thought it was wise to commit such executive rascality ?


If Tinubu did the same and had the MASS demolished to the ground and had a a handful of Federal senators and representatives doing his bidding while preventing the remaining from sitting , how would you react to such madness ?

Fubara is a fool who thought as civilian elected governor he was akin to an emperor .


If he has any sense left he should shed himself of all the idiots who have been giving him terrible legal advice alongside the retinue of sychophants that were urging him on.

If he escapes impeachment , he must be made to undergo a training course on what the limits of his office as governor are as dictated by the constitution he swore to uphold.
