My old Compaq (destop) computer is not booting again .it happen that I open the system to blew out old dust that in system which I always do in other device as passive mentainance .I cleaned both motherboard, fan,psu,cards and other components,every thing my hand could touch.As my work was mark done then a assembled everything in other and press on botton, the system refuse to boot and start show red light in the motherboard. I tried to change RAM,CPU and CMOS but notting work.please help me to solve the problem.
