We lost this game because EtH didn't trust his bench. We should be making 5 changes to refresh the team. Make we just solidify our UCL place before May and focus on recruiting properly for next season.

Rashford and Antony/Bruno provided no cover for the fullbacks. Eriksen was a passenger in the double pivot. The only positive was that we went toe to toe with the best team in the league for 45 mins.

Pellestri is getting sold next summer. His advisers are doing him a disservice by always pushing for stupid loans. Make we cut our loss and move on. Amad would hopefully get minutes next season as a 10 and RW. Bruno cannot continue to play every minute of the league.

I guess you guys don't know what the manager expects from Antony. He was never a run, take on and destroy the fullback winger. Watch him properly and see how he retains and recycle possession effectively. His crossing was key for Ajax but it has been underwhelming for United.

This goal just dey pain me... First, why was AWB in that position and not Shaw who is the LB Then what was AWB thinking, he kept looking towards the ball instead of checking his position and adjusting his posture to deal with a cross towards the farpost. Their is nothing I hate more than lackadaisical defending from a fullback.

at such crucial period in the game when we've drawn first blood, the opposition is too eager to press. the sensible thing will be to send the ball long to our target man and play off him for at least the next 10mins.

Sending the ball upfront is not the solution. You are just going to surrender possession and the team will have to deal with wave after wave of attacks. Arsenal spent 18 months improving this part of their play the solution is to continue playing out from the back and replacing MFs who can't play from the back.

He does not like getting physical/into crunchy tackles so getting pass him is quite easy. Antony's ball retention is underrated. He might not take on fullbacks but his ability to keep the ball and bring others into play is unique and important to how we play.

Too many actions after that mistake to blame it for the goal. The main issue is his low IQ and poor positioning. He looked back and saw Nketiah before the ball was crossed and still couldn't read the play and block Nketiah's path to the ball.

Little gasps like this will continue to hunt us. Against Palace, Shaw gave a way a stupid free kick when the opponent was running like a headless chicken into our CB.
