Canelo has both great defence and offence.

In terms of defence he has good head movement, weaving speed, and a very underrated chin. That his solid neck is also helpful no doubt.

Meaning unless you possess Tommy Hearns/Jackson/Mugabi/Hagler kind of power he will walk you down and inflict pain on you.

Golovkin gave him problems for those same reasons. Golovkin has arguably greater power and definitely has a tougher chin.

I agree boss. There is no one in the current 160lbs and 168lbs division with that sort of power at the moment. Also his body punching is a big asset for him

I was trying to hype Smith o... Omo, Canelo beat the shit out of him. I still don't understand why Smith didn't box behind his jab and also utilize his physical advantages.

It was kinda shocking how Canelo walked down the bigger man all through the bout.
