As per Agric-food pilot:
Those who are applying from outside Canada must have a valid job offer that meets the IRCC's specific requirements. The applicant must also meet the educational requirements.

Those who are already in Canada legally can apply using either the job offer requirements or the educational qualifications.

In your case, you will only be eligible to apply if you have a job offer and can fulfill the educational requirements.

Thank u so very much boss 🙏 I ordered for my GCMS and I got a reply in the next 3days but not in details just a refusal message and I was told to login my acct to see everything but the agent is yet to give me my login we are still dragging it Sha bcs me I will collect my money back Coz I still never understand the type of working visa the idiot apply for me without a job offer 🤷

One thing you need to understand about the Canada visa process is that anyone can apply for any type of visa — but not everyone will qualify.

Just because your agent applied for a work permit visa on your behalf and there was no medical request from IRCC, but a direct refusal instead, that’s a red flag.

Also, have you ordered your GCMS notes?

To the best of my knowledge, and according to IRCC, you need a valid job offer to be eligible to apply for a work permit under the Agri-Food Pilot Program if you’re applying from outside Canada.

But in your case, you don’t have an educational credential assessment (ECA) or IELTS test results — so why is your agent wasting your time and money with lies!

First question:Please check the top of your refusal letter OR biometric letter and let us know what letter your application number starts with.

The application number usually begins with a letter followed by 9 digits. Here's what each letter indicates:


E**...** Express Entry PR applications
EP**...** PNP-related applications (non-Express Entry)
W**...** Work Permit applications
S**...** Study Permit applications
V**...** Visitor Visa or Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) applications

Please reply with the first letter of your application number ?

What do you mean by a waiver for IELTS in state in canada ? Every Canadian immigration program has clearly detailed requirements, including language proficiency if needed . Please wait for your GCMS notes, as someone suggested, because you may have been a victim of a scam.

I also hope it's not the same agent who is now asking you to look for an IELTS waiver .

Hello some one posted this some time back, and i have used it, and it was free Just follow the steps:-



This is actually for GCMS notes via CBSA

- Go to Google, search ATIP
- Pick the first option from the list of results
- When the page opens, click on next
- click/mark the privacy box and click continue
- on the next page, select Canada Border Services Agency from the drop-down
- from the next drop-down, select a foreign national outside of Canada
- fill out your required information in the boxes below
(Use your Nigerian address and phone number pls)
- Pick yes to the question about requesting information on your behalf if so
- pick member of the public for the category that best describes you
- Pick electronic copy for how you prefer to receive your notes/records
- click continue
- on the next page, pick privacy act on the 1st drop-down
- select English in the next drop-down
- select case files for the type of records
- fill out all necessary information below(for UCI number, use the format XX-XXXX-XXXX)
- In the comment box, write a short intro and your request. Eg:
Hello/Hi
My name is SURNAME, First Second. I have applied for a visit visa, my UCI is ...... and my application number is ......, DOB. I would like to have the notes for my file
- then click continue
- also click continue on the next page(you don't fill anything here)
- You are taken to the final page where you review or edit your info
- Check the I certify box and click continue
- You should receive a confirmation email from CBSA

YOur UCI number and application number are on your bio etric form .....one start with 11-0000-0000. AND THE application number start with V for visitor V000000. LOOK AT it very well and reply then l can guide you step by step to order ur gcms note and you see what you agent submited

What you need is your UCI number and your Application number, contact your agent( i am not sure he will give it to you ) and request for the numbers with out that you are at the mercy of your agent.

Hello, do you have your UCI number and your application number? If you do then you can proceed to apply for your GCMS note requesting for the status of your application, there you will see the type of application applied for and also you can request for the documents submitted so that you know if any fake document was sent in that could lead to a ban from IRCC.

This is a scam. Your agent applied for a visit visa or business visa for you, not a work or PR application. There is no such thing as a "Canada-affiliated medical centre " where you can bypass medical requirements or medical done in absent. He also did not submit an IELTS or WES evaluation. The $1,500 you paid was just a waste of money. please if you have your biometric slip then try to order ur gcms note and see the application tender on your behalf and l hope the agent has not submitted fake document that could lead to a ban...so sad!

Agri-food pilot fall under permanent resident application amd it need a job offer...how did you get the job?
It require ircc medical and also it require ielts english test and wes evaluation amd the stream is closed in feburary
Please biometric for visa is nothing
I hope you not victim of a scam!!
