For those contemplating a career in H.R like I was initially, u need to look no further. Believe me sincerely,H.R is an emerging field and a good number of organisations are beginning to drift from personnel mgt to human resource mgt that view people as an asset and not a cost. Though I 've got only a year experience in nja yet ve been well equipped in H.R virtue of my Msc in Mgt n H.R. By and large, Im glad to be on this forum coz I luv H.R to bitz,lol.

Honestly I am not being desperate on this but I know its high time I got married to my heart desire. Overtime I have been so reckless in some of the things I do and this is as a result of not looking back @ home, but this year I need to coz I have made up my mind.
