Good afternoon. I hope everyone is well. Please I need help as I am new to this forum and I have tried to read up as much as possible but still need some clarifications.

My Spouse's parent filed for him in Dec 2011 before we got married. NVC sent a Welcome Letter in 2017, however, we had gotten married by then so that information was shared with them and our category moved to F3.

Our PD has now become current and we are yet to hear from them. We are also no longer resident in Nigeria and would like to have our interview done at our present country of residence, UK.

I would appreciate your guidance on the next steps to take and how to go about changing our preferred location for the interview. Also, does anyone know how long the process actually takes from the point of the PD being current and getting the visa itself, especially when applying from the UK?
