Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will be a key player in presenting our products and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate new leads and manage an existing customer base.
2. Present and sell products and services to potential and existing customers.
3. Explain company policies and procedures to customers.
4. Discuss and negotiate contracts with new and existing customers.
5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
6. Process orders and manage returns and refunds.
7. Provide exceptional customer support and handle complaints effectively.
8. Keep up-to-date with product information and market trends.
9. Submit daily activity reports and meet monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

1. Proven sales experience.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Highly motivated, target-driven, and organized.
4. Strong ability to build rapport with customers.
5. Working knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
6. An OND or HND in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

If you dispose your poultry waste into a body of water, you will be polluting same, and it will definitely smell. You can however make compost with the waste and use for agriculture. Or you can bag it in waste bags and give to LAWMA or PSP people.

The waste is very wet. It has plenty water when packed in bag. But most people in the community use the same water as soak away by flushing their toilet waste into it.

Dear poultry farmer,
Pls I need an experienced farmer in the house to please advise on how to handle my poultry waste.
I have a big swamp I mean very very big close were some people flush their bathing water and even some toilet waste into it. I have this very close to me, and their houses around it. If I flush my poultry waste every 2 days into it, will it smell ??

Or I keep packing it every 3weeks disposing into bush.

hello guys. i have been taking a rest from poultry,unfortunately an elderly friend sought my advice on his layer.according to him he bought 1000doc layers from zartech. he gave them gendox and vitamin accordingly.he gave gumboro on the eight day, then lasota on the seventeenth day. the birds reacted and started twisting their necks . few days later after some mortality ,when the mortality seemed reduced,with the mixture of gendox and conflox , he gave 2nd gumboro.since then he has recorded much mortality. today alone he recorded 30.he said he has place them back on gendox and tiviral ,this afternoon.pls note that he gave them gumboro only yesterday,and he has not given them the 2nd lasota yet. he said the birds are fine from the color of their faeces and their consumption is great.the birds will be four weeks on monday.the major symptons are twisting of neck,paralysis,and dropping of feathers.these are all signs of NDV, but i dont know what to tell him pls help!
