Medical & Quality Assurance Manager Requirements: Must have an MBBS. 1. Human Resources Manager Requirements: Must be a first degree holder in Human Resource Management or any Management Course. Must have at least 10 years Post-NYSC experience. Must have knowledge and experience in Health Insurance Industry. Must be computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office applications and the Internet. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. MBA or any postgraduate course in Management will be an added advantage. 2. Results driven – strive to make a difference; enjoys a challenge and working under pressure to achieve the objective Self-motivated – ability to manage campaigns with minimum of supervision. Candidate must be computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (excel, word and power point) applications and the Internet Must have knowledge and experience in Health Insurance Industry. 4. Medical & Quality Assurance Executives Requirements: Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Microbiology, Human Physiology or Pharmacy. Candidate must have worked for at least a year not necessarily in similar position. Cognate experience would be an advantage.
