And am sure the Niger deltans will not afford to stage a rebellion, because it will be a very long conflict that will take so many lives, because the government is usually more stubborn when it's comes to rebellion. Niger deltans are not like the igbos. Restructuring may take long, but surely, it will come, it's just a matter of time. There will be a time when the pressure will be too much for the FG to handle, and will have no choice but to create an avenue in which restructuring will be possible.
