Pls on the reference letter you submitted,hope it's carries only your branch Admin officer email address?Then, ukvi should contact your branch admin officer alone and not the head office.
Except,if you use head office letter head and it's show head office contact email.

Yes I work in the branch office my believe was ukvi will contact branch office since they are the one that know me vry well.
Yes I got the approval of our AHR(Admin officer) in the branch office, he is the one that even help me to draft the reference letter.
Yes it was from HQ that dey contact me,that UKVI send them msg to confirm if I'm a staff.

I received this Mai today from DMC,I paid for priority visa and my dependents paid for standard.
All documents and statement uploaded are okay.
I received this mail and I'm scared kindly advise me
