It is nt a scam,if it is a scam, NDLEA/government would have debunked it. Though it might be a way by which Nigerian government extorts money from her unemployed Youths to contribute for Nigeria @ 50's celebrations or and to do electioneering campaign, what a shameless government!

People will start sending their account numbers to you to send money to them or they request you to send recharge cards before you are given the information they dont even have. Would you blame them, when our Government's extortion/419 is @ its peak. Just becareful! Nigeria is a very bad country with very greedy and dubious government. Why do we blame E-BREAKTHROUGH nd co wen Gov agencies ask 4 money from unemployed youths b4 applying 4 employment u re not even sure of, Pathetic!

@ bayodbn,when i did my own,i had dsame problem.It was only the access numbers that showed, all other dtails did nt. So wot I simply do is logout of the site, and put the access code again. It then brought the whole details including the pasport photograph and I printed it. there4, apply the same method and see wot happens.
