LAPO MfB is officially approved to disburse the Nigerian Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) to approved candidates. This is in conjunction with the Development Bank of Nigeria and Sponsored by the Ministry of Youth Development and Sport.

The Lagos Statement government, NIWA and LASWA have lot of work to do in terms of safety on the waterways. We need to reduce the congestion of road traffic hence the reason to invest and focus more on water transportation. If there will be need to invest in waterways at least you need to assure the passengers of a safe and secured travel.
