Bullet points of responsibilities and achievements, narrated. 4. If 40 years+ insert sub-heading for experience prior to 2007, called “Earlier Work Experience.” Include company name, location, job title. NO dates and NO detail. 5. Avoid repeating the same job responsibilities in each role of this section. It will take up too much space, that can be better used in showcasing skills/transferable skills. If #4 applies to you, salvage any earlier significant achievements by migrating them to your “Core Competencies and Achievements” section.
