A man named Nyan Tun AKA Kalapu, has been arrested in Yangon, Myanmar for stealing a whole house. According to members of the community, the theft may be related to an ownership dispute between Kalapu and the house owner, Han Win Aung. Police officer Maung Maung Oo told local newspaper, Eleven, that the home had recently been bought by a man named Han Win Aung from Thanlyin, but it seemed that the person who sold the home t him may not have been the real owner of the house. Maung Oo said: “He bought the house for K1 million, but the actual price of the house was K5 million. We are now investigating the case, and we know that Nyan Tun had at least one accomplice”. Witnesses said they saw at least one person taking the house apart and taking it away in a car. After his arrest, the South Dagon police station filed charges against Kalapu for theft. It is unclear if the house can be put together again. http://www.rayonewss..com/2017/03/man-arrested-for-stealing-whole-house.html lalasticlala,mynd44

President Buhari yesterday said the decay in the value system in our society has led to celebration of some Nigerians with questionable wealth. President Buhari said this at the 65th Annual Council Meeting of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) in Abuja. President Buhari, who was represented by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, said public servants and many Nigerians in the private sectors who have questionable wealth are now being celebrated with alumni recognitions, honourary degrees, chieftaincy titles and sometimes higher religious titles in the country. “Today the attainment of wealth, power or educational influence is the mark of success which is not necessarily a bad thing except we are no longer concerned with the process of attaining success. The end it appears today justifies the means which explains why cheating in exams and fake certificates simply do not generate the sort of outrage that such conduct would have generated years ago. Public servants and many in the private sectors who have unexplanable wealth are celebrated in one form or the other with alumni recognitions, honourary degrees, chieftaincy titles and even higher religious titles. Often, cheating is with the collusion of parents and teachers. This only reflects the failure of values in our larger society.”he said http://www.rayonewss..com/2017/03/nigerians-now-celebrate-people-with.html

WATCH ANOTHER SHOCKING VIDEO OF THE SNAKE HERE http://www.rayonewss..com/2017/03/killer-python-attacks-antelope-for.html

Pythons are known for eating monkeys, rodents, lizards, birds and – in some cases – animals as large as elephants. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUy-62ZNURo But the bigger animals often pose a challenge to the carnivorous reptile as the above clip displays. The footage shows a huge python wrapping itself around a lifeless antelope in the long grass. With its prey freshly dead, the only struggle is finding the perfect part of the animal to start feasting on. But the hungry snake makes the mistake of choosing the fallen antelope's head to chomp through. And it doesn't go to plan. While trying to open its jaws wide the python's mouth gets caught on the horns of its dinner. The snake recoils in shock as it struggles to rip its lips from the antlers. For a moment it looks like the reptile's face might get turned completely inside out. But the python manages to pull its jaws free and quickly slithers off into some bushes to avoid any further dinner drama. https://www.google.com.ng/amp/s/www.dailystar.co.uk/news/latest-news/586211/python-killer-snake-antelope-attack-battle-horns-video/amp
