Will like to find help from past NYCS corp member with similar problems

I did my NYSC in 2012 batch C and was deployed to Adamawa state, I was later redeployed to Ondo state after 3 weeks. The problem is I was not issued a discharge certificate due to the excuse that it was not brought to Akure after P.O.P. I was given a letter to come back and get it. Since then I Have been to Akure at several occasions but still get the same old story and till now I haven't gotten it yet.
My question is this how do I go about it?

Am here today to share your view about Mufti Ismail Monk. sincerely, I have never heard or seen anything about him not until this year when I saw it on Facebook and some of my friends dp on bbm that this man will be coming to Nigeria, I had it in mind to attend but failed to. Then I search about him on YouTube and downloaded a video of him Titled "Fiqh of love" but still failed to watch it not until this very morning.

I was motivated by his view and the way he delivered those messages.

My question is this for those that are vast in the Quran and Hadith of Rosululah S.A.W what do you think about this man, his messages and the way he deliver them?
