If it is an iphone, nothing can be done to it. But if it is an android, it can be fixed by changing the imei completely. I don't know if it can be done in naija though.

And I will advise people not to buy used phone that comes from overseas online anymore. Being blacklisted doesn't really mean it is stolen, the original owner might not pay up the phone balance to the network.

For your info.., this interview is not new. He talked about this weeks ago. And And I believe that's d best thing to do for now to maintain the relative peace in the region.
Therefore, people should stop linking that to tompolo or whoever's threat.

I believe everyone understand the words of Professor Jean very well. Although, he will never say there were irregularities because the election was conducted under his leadership.
Meanwhile, Jega was referring to the Presidential election and not the gubernatorial. The 3 man fact finding committee was set up based on the Presidential election in River state.
So, it's obvious that he is not referring to the gubernatorial election.
