🚨 SCAM ALERT: Value Growth / Value Platform 🚨 I’m posting this here to warn others so they don’t fall victim like many of us already have. Back in June 2025, I invested with a group calling themselves Value Growth Ltd / Value Platform. They looked professional, even showing UK registration papers (Company No: 16157254, address at 201 Bishopsgate, London). At first, it looked like a legit investment. But here’s the truth: ❌ They stopped paying investors, giving endless excuses. ❌ Anyone who complains in their WhatsApp groups is immediately removed. ❌ Their UK registration is not financial regulation — it’s just a cheap online registration. ❌ The Nigerian SEC has officially warned that Value Growth is an illegal Ponzi scheme. 📌 Official Sources: SEC Nigeria alert: https://sec.gov.ng/illegal-operator-alert-value-growth-platform/ Nairametrics report: https://nairametrics.com/2025/06/27/sec-warns-nigerians-against-value-growth-platform-flags-it-as-potential-ponzi-scheme/ BusinessDay NG: https://businessday.ng/news/article/value-growth-platform-is-illegal-operator-says-sec/ Guardian NG: https://guardian.ng/news/nigeria/metro/sec-alerts-nigerians-on-new-ponzi-scheme-platform-out-to-defraud-nigerians/ 🚫 What You Should Know: Being “registered” in the UK does NOT make them legit. They are NOT regulated by the FCA or any authority. Silencing complaints and blocking withdrawals are classic Ponzi signs. This scheme will collapse just like MMM, Loom, etc. ✅ If You Already Invested: Report to SEC Nigeria (they already flagged them). Keep all your evidence (receipts, chats, group screenshots). Warn your family and friends before they get trapped. 🔻 For Promoters Who Will Show Up Here Reply to Defenders of Value Growth: If anyone comes to defend this scam, remember: SEC Nigeria has warned officially – not registered, shows Ponzi features. 🔗 SEC Alert UK registration ≠ Regulation – cheap paperwork, no FCA oversight. Real companies don’t delete complaints – silencing victims is proof of fraud. Media has confirmed it’s a scam – Nairametrics, BusinessDay, Guardian all reported. If you’re defending Value Growth, you’re helping scammers defraud Nigerians. ❓ Common Excuses & Truth (FAQ Rebuttals) “They are paying, just be patient.” 👉 Many victims have been denied withdrawals. Ponzis pay a few at first, then stop. “SEC is lying / jealous.” 👉 SEC Nigeria protects investors. They flagged Value Growth for illegal operations. “They are registered in the UK.” 👉 That’s just online paperwork. Real investment companies need FCA regulation. “I’ve been earning for months.” 👉 Early investors get paid with new victims’ money. It always collapses. “So many people are joining, it can’t be fake.” 👉 Popularity ≠ legitimacy. MMM and Loom had millions before crashing. 💡 Final Word: Value Growth is a Ponzi hiding behind UK paperwork. SEC Nigeria has exposed them. Media has confirmed it. Victims are already crying. Don’t let more people fall into their trap. Spread this and save a life.
