mac, i agree with you on the expectation thing, another thing is the 'good boy' or 'good girl' prentence from both parties which they find difficult to sustain when the reality dawn on them.

Third party involvement in marriage this days is more of a problem than solution. In these era where family are not closely together (in term of physical location) when compare with what is obtained in the olden days, the available 'third party' that you find around will be friends and maybe neighbours, who you may share different values, orientation and cultural believe. Personally, i will not like the involvement of third party in the affairs of my family.
