Hi guys ,
I'm new here . So , I got this umidigi A11s on jumia. It's cool and all , I'm enjoying it , great phone BUT I have issues with my WhatsApp video call , As my friends can't hear me when I talk. I also have this issue with the WhatsApp audio when I put it on speaker. I was thinking WhatsApp, so I cleared the cache , reinstall it , allow permission for microphone and camera , checked if I was on data saver ( I wasn't ).
I then tried video call on Instagram and it's still the same.
That made me come to the conclusion that it's probably from the phone
N.B : On normal phone call it works perfectly


Then my camera �
It doesn't focus when it is supposed to it's mostly blurry
Even the video
Please help me. I just got it over a month ago
