Replacement is when a staff is willing to leave the service for (his children, relatives, husband/wife, etc) when it is not yet time for him or her to retire. So they'll replace such staff with another person but such person is going to start from where his/her certificate qualify for.

This must have been an underground appointment of people who knows the;

The Board Chairman
The Minister of Interior
Per Sec Ministry of Interior
Comptroller General of Immigration.

But am just curious about the date frame on the appointment letter.

Recruitment advert was published on National dallies on 13th March 2020 while the appointment letter reads 12th March 2020.

What are mine missing, Someone should please enlighten me.
