If you check very well, the school is not a full private institution. There is federal government funding to it through UI budget. Or internal revenue generated by UI is being used to fund the school. The school is also sited on the federal government land. So don't fool yourself about the school being a private school.

We will do the needful at supreme Court.

I just wonder alll these Christians in the front page crying. Hypocrites. You can't eat your cake and have it. You detest the immoral act, but every attempt to curb it, the Christians will shout islamization. Your religion and churches promote the immoral act and stop being hypocrite. We are seeing the dresses your women wear to churches every week like they are going to club. So stop crying.

If hisbah enforced moral dressing just to have a sane society for all of us, Christians will be the first to cry. If hisbah or Islamic related entity enforce separation of male and female sittings, mandate female doctors for females, ban of club and immoral places. The Christians will be the first to cry islamization. I'm just tired of their Hypocrisy.

The verse and Hadith you quoted are when Muslims are on the battlefield. Muslims will keep praying even in the battlefield. And enemy like you knew Muslims loose guard once they are praying. So Allah grant exception in the case of prayer, and even the praying format changed. Not the same as way we pray regularly. All of these were in placed so that enemy like you would not just attack Muslims freely. Islam is for wise people, and it prepare us for all situations that may come in battlefield.
Only fools used prayer or night vigil to cover up and allow enemies to kill him.
