Good Afternoon, I haven't seen any reply to my request, can you please have a look at it again and reply. Many thanks for your help. Good Morning, you are doing a good job...Kudos!!!! I was refused a UK visiting visa in 2013, I'll appreciate if you can advise me on what to do as I would be applying for a new one soon.Below is the refusal letter. The Decision I note that you have previously applied for entry clearance to the UK and been refused. However, whilst previous decisions may be referred to each application is assessed on its own individual merits. You have applied to visit a friend, Bleep and you have submitted a solitary email from him as an invitation. As there is no signature on the invitation it is of limited value in support of your application. Furthermore, you give no indication of any previous contact with your UK sponsor to show that this is a genuine friendship. You have not travelled to the UK previously and I think it reasonable to expect you to have been in recent regular contact to make at least outline plans for what is a major visit for you. I acknowledge that you have submitted clarification of your financial circumstances and your employment position. However, these alone are not sufficient with regard to your intentions in the UK. You are unmarried, with no dependent children. You have not shown that you have any strong personal, family or economic ties to Nigeria. Therefore, I do not consider that you have demonstrated to me enough close personal and family ties and personal economic circumstances that necessitate your presence in Nigeria. As such I am not satisfied that you have shown that, on the balance of probabilities, you are genuinely seeking entry to the UK as a visitor for a period not exceeding 6 months as required by Rule 41 (i) of HC 395 and intend to leave the UK at the end of the period as stated by you as required by Rule 41 (ii) of HC 395. I have therefore refused your application because I am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you meet all of the requirements of the relevant Paragraph of t f\o United Kingdom Immigration Rules Thanks[/quote] |
