Stay away from them my flight was cancelled after several delays in May and they have ignored my request for refund

This is a very interesting scenario though the client has fulfilled the initial contractual agreement and also went further to make additional financial commitment the contractor failed to abide by the agreement despite having received in full the initial cost of the project.

The amount expected as final payment should in no way prevent him from fulfilling his promise to deliver the job come Saturday.

The onus is on the contractor to deliver though we are not told if it was agreed that full payment be made before delivery.

I would advise the client to seek redress and involve the law enforcement office nearest to him if the contractor fails to deliver but final payment must not be made because that is tantamount to falling prey to this suspected dubious contractor.
