The FBI is helping Canadian authorities as they respond, a U.S. law enforcement official told CNN, adding that a connection to terrorism hasn't been ruled out.In response to the ongoing situation, the North American Aerospace Defense Command, or NORAD, has increased its alert posture, CNN has learned. That means that it has increased the number of planes on a higher alert status ready to respond if needed. Details are emerging as authorities try to secure the government building in Ottawa.The violence is not confined to Parliament. Police say that there could be multiple shooters and that there are three shooting incidents in the capital.Ottawa police, whose buildings were also locked down, provided details on Twitter about multiple shootings: "Incidents occurred at National War Memorial, near the Rideau Centre and Parliament Hill."The Canadian government told the United States that one shooter is dead in Ottawa, a senior U.S. official told CNN. Northern politicians love to talk about corruption but they're the richest people in africa lol. Everyone is always corrupt except whoever is telling the story. "corruption" is just a word Nigerian politicians use to attack their enemies. We saw it with the dictators and civilian obasanjo. GEJ doesn't used the term to attack people because he doesn't seem to care, which I respect more because 100% of nigerian politicians are corrupt. You start politics in Nigeria stealing and extorting for bigger politicians. If you refuse they shun you and cancel you from politics because they think that if you become too powerful you will spoil their enjoyment. If you show that you're not willing to out steal and in some cases out lie and kill the godfather they want nothing to do with it. It's simply how things work in Nigeria. None of them have integrity. If you have a powerful enemy and he wants to attack you he'll say 'corruption' and because Nigeria's name is tainted, everyone will believe him (for the most part it's always true) and follow him to your funeral.

Nobody's allies are ever 'corrupt', and this is why I think GEJ doesn't humor the word. A friend of mine and I were talking about 'corruption' and we have noticed that politicians are more open about it under GEJ than before, but I think it's only a fool that would believe it has increased or decreased. It's just not as much of a political tool because now it's only northerners throwing the accusations.

I don't have to see their name but I know what region someone is from from their interview because you'll hear about uniting the tribes of nigeria, religion not mattering and 'we need to fight corruption' (a term that has no real meaning because corruption is many different unrelated things)
