My friend Delphine Ugbe(see cutie plum)recently got into an Instagram altercation Deborah Udoma Udofa( senyenudofa), where Deborah called her a prostitute and a Hiv patient. This claims a very grave and Deborah has assassinated Delphine's character. Her school in Cyprus is threatening to expel her but all we want is for the whole world to her the truth the same way the heard the lies.
All the claims made by Deborah are lies as she has never met Delphine before.

The problem here is identifying a cream that has hydroquinone.
My mind tells me some of these creams has hydroquinone in them but the manufacturers intentionally omit them from the list of ingredients.

I might be wrong though..

You are very correct my mom's friend recommended bio Claire for me , if you check the ingredients you will not see hydroquinone but I researched and found out it was banned in France for having high levels of hydroquinone
