All the people that are not interested in tithing should pls don't distract those that are ready to give. By mere looking, all those against are paying their tithe in one way or the other.e.g If your herbalist tell you should bring some amount to prepare juju for you in one way or other you have paid your tithe to him. Knock off all roundabout and introduce a functional traffic light, make good of all "potholes" on the highway, ban agberos on the highway, look into the issues of trucks moving during the day time or to create another route for the trucks, all ancients bridges where only 2vehicles can pass at a time should be demolished and reconstruct to modern bridges.
