For the second year in a row, HKN boss,
Davido has clinched the Best Male Act
award at the MTV Africa Music Awards.
This year, he won the award ahead of his
close rival, colleague and friend, Wizkid. To
show that there’s no beef between them
anymore, Wizkid congratulated Davido
after winning the award and both stars took
photos together.

And the most anticipated collaboration in
Nigerian music culture is coming in August!
Davido has announced himsef and Wizkid
will be releasing a collaboration next
month. The news brings a dead end to the feud the two artiste have had in the past.

More Nigerian celebrities are arriving
South Africa by the day ahead of the 5th
edition of the MTV Africa Music Awards 2015.

Yesterday, stars like Dbanj, Sean Tizzle,
Banky W, Harrysong and others landed in
the Rainbow nation and a few minutes ago,
HKN boss, Davido and his crew just touched
down alongside pop singer, Yemi Alade and
dancehall act, Patoranking.

The MTV Africa Music Awards 2015 holds
on Saturday, July 18 and will be broadcast
live across Africa on MTV Base (DStv
channel 322), MTV (DStv channel 130) and
BET (DStv channel 129) same at 9:00PM.

The show will also be transmitted
worldwide on partner stations and content
platforms including BET International from
July 18. In addition, a special MAMA-
themed edition of MTV’s acclaimed World Stage franchise will air globally on MTV channels around the world on August 27, 2015.

which comprises of Vast and smash are set
to drop a new body of work titled “Alive”.

The new album is a 18-track compilation,
and contains an array of features and
collaborations from a number of star
artistes. Timaya, Phyno, Tekno, Flavour, DJ
Arafat, Cynthia Morgan, Diamond and of
course Tiwa Savage are all on the album.
Production for the body of work comes
from a posse of producers such as, Jaystunts, Masterkraft, Selebobo, Tekno,
Mecca E and Freelance. They also employed
the services of Elense Bakassi on the bass
guitar. For mixing and mastering, Jaystuntz
and Selebobo.

from Drake and Skepta, Wizkid is currently
feeling over the moon and such feelings
comes with making secretes public.

The 24 year old star has then went on to
reveal to us that he has three songs with
Chris Brown coming up after debuting one
in South Africa earlier in the year.
We look forward to hearing those joints.
