Noodles are low in nutrients and are lijely a health risk. It can lead to incressed cholesrerol and risk of diabetes or bloating.

As a rule, do not give instant noodles to children. It does not add any value to them. As an adult, avoid it. Eat beans, protein and nutritious meals.

As to the price of noodles, if we were eating right, it wouldn't matter.
