I am a new mum of one but unfortunately lost her the next day after delivery due to hospital mismanagement as a result of prolonged labor and feotal distress. It's not been easy but God and good support system has kept me sane.

I am now in a better place and TTC again believing with all assurance that affliction will not raise again in my home. Luckily my cycle has returned in May and already day 7 of another cycle. 30days of cycle.

How do I start again. Help with proper calculation of my ovulation. I have started taking my pronatal multi vitamins yesterday.
