How many times have your phone been repaired at the carlcare free of charge? How many infinix/tecno phones have you used? And for what duration of time do you used them?

It's a lie. Infinix is a good phone. There precautions to using infinix phones. Once it's 100 percent charged, unplug the charger. Also it came with non durable charger. When you noticed a charging problem, try a different infinix charger that is in good order. Do not take it to road side for repairs. Rather take it to Carlcare office. Note that all the infinix charger flooding the market and online stores like Jumia and Konga are fake.

Infinix and tecno products are all inferior phones, Over rated specs. they are not made to be used for more than a year, except if been lucky. The best thing to do is to sell it of after 6-8months of usage. My infinix hot note pro started giving me serious charging problem problem 3months ago and since then, I have repaired it twice. Right now, it will take it 12hrs to be fully charged. What's the essence of buying a phone for 31k and not be able to use it for more than a year? My advice is sell your phone off before it started developing faults and before it got outdated, if you do that, you will be able to sell it at a reasonable price. For me have vowed not to buy their products anymore.

I preorder for the 8G version last month, it got finish b4 i could get mine. i order again last week, till now i couldn't get my order. have Preordered for d 16G version i pray i will get my phone this time around.i've been patient enough. i will be going for moto g if i could'nt get my phone by next week
