Mr. Wike stood in loco the President of Nigeria and Commander-in-Chief of the Nigerian Armed Forces on that fateful day. Consequently, even if the superior officer were still in service, he would not disobey Mr. Wike or obstruct him from entering the land. This was an affront to the civil authority of Mr. President.

The Minister’s method may be brash; but it is legal and lawful in all respects. Rather, it is the officer who obstructed him that has breached not just the Nigerian Constitution, but also service and extant regulatory laws. For the avoidance of any doubt, section 114 of the Armed Forces Act makes military personnel criminally liable for civil offences. This means the officer in question could be arraigned before a Court Martial for obstructing a public officer from performing his public duties, et cetera.

Patriotic Nigerians have started talking.

The least FG and the Military authorities can do right now is to immediately suspend him while preparing for his arraignment.

Legally speaking , the officer shouldn’t have resisted Wike as he is standing in for the President who is governor of FCT but we know how much Wike has profited from the anyhowness of Nigeria.Allocating lands worth billions of immediate family members, election rigging and judiciary bribing ! He is the biggest briber of Nigerian judges.This is why Nigerians are happy that he got a taste of his own medicine.Otherwise, the officer is wrong to have resisted Wike because the same officer will not resist the former drug Lord now President if he had come in person.The arrogant Rivers drunkard was standing in for Tilumbu so the officer should not have resisted him.I am an Obidient and passionately hate both Tilumbu and the Rivers drunkard but the thruth remains that the officer was wrong.

He has displayed maturity on national issues and his articles and journals on topical national issues serves as reference for governance and in academic forums.

Soludo and Umahi are on the league of their own when it comes to governance while Peter Obi trails far behind Obiano his successor

Edited: It is worrisome to see people comparing a 1st Class graduate of economics with 3rd class Philosophy graduate. Obi's outburst should have been replaced by congratulatory message and not bitter vituperation that exposes his weakness and pettiness.

The Governorship Election in Anambra State holds today. About 2.8 million voters will throng out in 5200 Polling Units to exercise their franchise and decide who stays in Light House for the next four years.

One of the 15 Candidates will be trying to outwit the incumbent, APGA's Chukwuma Soludo who is also seeking re-election. The frontrunners are expectedly: Soludo, APC's Nicholas Ukachukwu, LP's George Moghalu, YPP's Paul Chukwuma and ADC's John Nwosu. Two of the fifteen Candidates are females.

This election is the first credibility test for newly-appointed INEC Chair, Joash Ojo Amupitan[i]SAN,[/i] who has pledged a hitchfree, no-server-glitch process.

Evey being born is entitled to a period childhood and a period of youthhood. Any one who suppresses his or her childhood or youthhood will experience gaps that will be needed to be filled and compensations must happen.

Regina a child actor sold her youthhood and youthfulness on the altar of money and bed of Ned. Unfortunately, she was more or less idle in Ned's house as she took care of her children and Ned. Now, she is experiencing turmoil and seeks freedom to express her youthhood.

My advice, though unsolicited, is that she should
1. Formally seek divorce in court and get restraining order on Ned while the divorce proceedings go on to secure divorce and ruling of custody of her children.
2. Take a year out to enjoy her youth: party, club, laugh, connect with real peers, travel if she has enough money. But no drugs, please. Drugs will destroy her and vindicate Ned.
3. Sit and plan her future because after the reggae comes the blues. Decide the pathway to follow: acquiring education while going back to acting or creating quality social media content that focuses less on family drama. Or relocate to start life afresh. Or study law and focus on women rights giving your experience. Don't waste this period just looking beautiful.
4. Plan your life independently and away from your family. By the way, your brother should get busy too.
5. Quit saying that you earned so much as a child actor as to sponsor an established politician and wealthy man Ned Nwoko for his election as a Senator. It sounds childish and nobody believes you.

Just doing the Lord's work.

There is nothing like court in this marriage as they are not legally married.Ned had 4 or 5 wives before her.He only paid her bride price.Once the bride price is returned, the marriage will have ended.
