A N250k p.a. property would come to (inclusive of 10% Agency & Legal Fees on total rent paid) =N500k+N50K+N50k= N600k

A N350k p.a. property would come to (inclusive of 10% Agency & Legal Fees on total rent paid) =N700k+N70K+N70k= N840k
