Though those auxiliary nurses may not have recognized certificate but they are playing a significant roles in public heath. If our government can set a system in which they will undergo a particular training and exam after they have completed their year of training in an hospital, this would encourage and give them confidence to be more effective in their services.

Furthermore, government should also look into their salaries cos I have seen many of them been cheated and abused.
