If possible, contact her again. Plead with her to resend the mail again. Also bear in mind that WES does not update one's profile immediately get receive the response to the verification.

i am currently in the same position, my school has verified and sent back to wes twice ,but my staus is still showing the same thing. I think wes has issues.
