All your ties is in Nigeria which is a good thing... I personally do not see you as an intending immigrant... My advice for you is to be honest and answer the question truthfully.... if they asked why you're not a british citizen yet you can always tell them both of you are not ready for the stress involve in doing it.

No, i am yet to, as my uk visa processing is taking a long toll since hubby is now resident in nigeria n his assets are here...there are some requirements he has to meet to be eligible to sponsor me or invite me over on a spouse visa (though he hasnt had time to go over there for long stays which cud enable him get an apartment, job or biz running n pay taxes...except for short visits) but he intends to apply for me as soon as he becomes eligible again
@yankeejjc...wud there be any issues during d interview cos i havent travelled to d uk b4?

Hello everyone, pleasant evening to u all, please i'd be going for a US non-immigrant tourist visa interview in two days time and i've been going through comments here in preparation for the interview...please i'd appreciate any advice on possible questions to expect from the VO and best way to compose my answers...i am married to a british passport holder and our daughter also has her british passport as well, we are planning a family vacation in d US and i am d only one seeking for visa as i am yet to have my own passport, we all reside here in nigeria, i have been to dubai wt my hubby n we'v also travelled with our daughter to Netherlands for family vacation and to visit my brother inlaw there...we intend to travel in april for 2wks, destination orlando flourida, we've made an accommodation reservation in flourida...my job: protocol manager... my husband is d one sponsoring our trip, he is a business man, owns his company(real estate) he (or should i say we)has landed properties n completed buildings dat are up for sale already as well as some oda on-going projects...now in ur honest opinion, wat are my chances of being granted d visa n wat advice wud u give me to help up my chances for approval?
