Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Social Media Marketing Expert to develop and execute our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our online community, analyzing performance metrics, and driving growth across all social media platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative flair, capable of aligning social media initiatives with our brand’s voice and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, ensuring content is fresh and relevant.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and create reports to track progress and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Identify and establish relationships with key influencers and brand advocates.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Expert or similar role.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience with any social media management tools (Hootsuite, GoHighlevel, Copilot, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of web analytics and social media metrics.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
