Thanks for your response but I thought Germany you will have to learn their language before they will allow you
Please i really need help i don't want to stay at home

I want to study engineering
And I will be available for any cheap school abroad to continue my education

Please am a student I just finished secondary school
And am looking for a country to go and finish my schooling a cheap one
I will be so glad if anyone can answer me
