Pls.I am a lucky winner of 2014 Dv lottery.but a friend play it for me he mistakingly use wrong birth date for me like instead of 20/9/1999.he used 15/4/1999 and birth place instead of Ondo he use Osun.pls.how can I go about it av not send any documents to KCC.
