Speaking to the press, Ojulari clarified his roots from northern Nigerian, stating, “I was surprised when people said I was not from the North. I am a child of the North, and I come from Ilorin. I was brought up in Kaduna State. I started learning Yoruba when I was 15 years old. When I left Kaduna, I went to Zaria to study, so I am a northerner(northern Nigerian).” |

The right strategy for Sim would have been to lobby those Assembly members over to his side. I said this several times here and as far back as November 2023 that the strategy of fighting the Assembly men would backfire. Where are those over sabi people that were misinterpreting our constitution then? My Opinion: those who is supporting Fubara are doing that base on their personal hatred for Wike not because they love Rivers people my question is with all of these gragra Fubara is doing has it proof that he loved Rivers people more than Wike ? immortalcrown: Three questions:
1. Why is there so much noise or controversy about Sharia court in SW?
2. Will the Sharia court handle cases that involve non-Muslims?
3. I sincerely thought that Sharia court is in line with the Islamic faith. If this thought is correct and the Sharia court handles only the cases that involve only Muslims, why should a Yoruba person that willingly practises Islam in Yoruba land reject Sharia court in Yoruba land?
Those who are kicking against Sharia court in Yoruba land may have valid reasons for doing so. But I will not take side with them when I have not known their reasons. So, I sincerely need those people kicking against the Sharia court in Yoruba land to answer my questions. What good can you point to in those northern states that practices it ? If an Osun worshipper has case against an Islam what then happen ? Dual ideology of laws what is killing the progress and the development of the northern states in general |

emkz: What are the grouses of opponents of the bills?
1. It would impoverish northern Nigeria and benefit only Lagos and Rivers.
2. We won't be able to pay salaries.
3. We need more consultations.
4. Why the rush? We are suspicious of the rush. Let us delay it like the Petroleum Industry Act.
5. Alpha Beta Consulting will be collecting taxes.
6. How will it put food on awatable?
7. We are not ready and we don't know when we'd be ready. So eff-off with any agenda to help us develop.
8. Tinubu is playing with re-election.
10. Southsouth and southeast will suffer. Meanwhile Ohanaeze, southsouth, northcentral and southwest have thrown their weights behind the bills.
Where is Daniel Bwala who is supposed to communicate this policy? Where is National Orientation Agency? By now, they ought to be selling this policies directly to the grassroots. Let the people see the benefits. This Friday, clerics may use their sermons to demarket the bill. By now, NOA and Bwala should be on VOA, BBC Hausa Service to be selling this bill. If the clerics do the damage, cleaning up will be more difficult.
President Tinubu's horde of media aides need to step up.
BE EVERYWHERE. Prepare to win the people to your side. It is easier to be proactive than to do damage control caused by ignorant folks whose aim is to kill the tax policy and fiscal responsibility.
PS: The real issue is that there has been a historical weaponization of poverty in the north aimed at keeping the people impoverished. The political elites in northern Nigeria see this mob of unemployed and unempowered youth as a weapon for political negotiation. They feel if they empower these people with education and skills, they'd threaten their hold on the society. Imagine threatening Tinubu with 2027. with votes. As you are threatening, remember that Jonathan lost almost the entire north in 2011 and still became president. Wake up and empower your people. Like I said yesterday, they'd run your state aground first before they proceed to Abuja. You ought to have seen this with the August riots. CHANGE HAS ALWAYS BE A DIFFICULT THINGS EVEN WHEN WE KNOW THAT THE AFTERMATH RESULTS IS GOING TO BE EXCELLENT BUT I WANT TO PLEAD WITH EVERYONE OF US IN THIS PLATFORM MOST ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT CAN READS THROUGH BEYOND LETTERS SHOULD PLS TAKE RESPONSIBILITY BY EDUCATING PEOPLE AROUND US BECAUSE MANY HAS BEEN DISINFORM/ MISINFORM ABOUT POLICY WHERE BY THEY BEEN BLINDFOLDED AGAINST THE BENEFITS OF THIS POLICY |

[quote author=Numerouno94 post=132758971]Key reasons why Kamala Harris Lost to Donald Trump.
1.) Americans are not ready to allow a woman lead them as President. In as much as they champion gender equality, they understand the dangers of electing a woman, a black or mixed raced as the POTUS. The current generation of Americans now are not ready for that risk.
2.) Americans don't joke with Israel's security. Whoever told Kamala Harris to criticize Israel, publicly condemning Israel defense of her homeland from Moslem terrorists attacks was wrong. She should have kept her mouth shut.
3.) In as much as Americans support freedom, equality and liberalism, the way Kamala Harris supports LGBT, Abortion, genderless madness and other anti Christian wokeism practices became worrisome to so many real Americans not the fake Americans wannabes.
4.) Most Americans are tired of Ukraine Russian war and they believe Trump can put an end to the war and save the world from a possible 3rd world war or nuclear battle. The Americans of today love fun and enjoyment more than anything and not ready to go to any war like Americans of the 1940s to 1990s
5.) Islamic Terrorists Madness in MiddleEast and the rising popularity of Iran. Americans believe only Trump can put a stop to Iran's madness in the MiddleEast.
6.) Migrant Influx. Many White Americans are tired of migrants trooping into their country. They believe if this is not checked, America will lose its glory in no distant time so they want a President that can be bold enough to stop or slow down migration to a great extent.
And Kamala Harris has been in support of allowing migrants in while Trump is against undocumented migrants coming into the US, especially those from Islamic countries, Africa, Haiti, Colombia I CONCOR WITH YOU SIR Congratulations to Daddy Donald |
