It happened that i purchased an item on line from Konga on, the item claimed on the web site is as follows
Bontel E1 Mini Phone -2 in Bluetooth
Internal memory: 128MB
Ram: 128Mb
Product Code: 4160081
Sim type: Nino and Dual
The unfortunate thing is that their claim was false and wrong because i placed ordered for one with Ordered Number: F366548426001 which was delivered on 3rd of January, after inspecting the item, i initiated a returned because it was a wrong description as against what was advertised.
I will appeal to the good people of Lagos and Nigeria to be careful in ordering things online especially from Konga.
I have had several experienced from them before now, ranging from failed rechargeable fan, refrigerator, generator and now blue tooth phone.
Please kindly see attachment below ill response of customer service and item description.

I am not happen and very bitter with Airtel. Last year 2017/2018 Airtel partner with Ren-Money Finance and Solo Phone to give out Solo Phones to Airtel Customer for installmental payment. I was one of their beneficial the scheme, my problem is that i have never once enjoy the phone under the scheme from blockage to network and other issues, my problem is that i cannot use my sim any more has it has been block. I was at Airtel office this evening only to be told that i will get Affidafix to retrieve my line that was blocked, please my Fellow Nairaland. What is your take on this?

Hello people, recently i just brought Nokia X, considering the integrity and good anticident of the Marker, i choose to buy the Phone but unfortunately i cannot use 'what-app' on the phone. i have tried to downloading and using the apps but is not working.
