I would like to know how much is the workmanship of the carpenter for a roofing.

The dimension of the house is 20m*21m=420 sqm.

The quotation I got is as follows:

84 woods of 2 x 6 : 500 naira per wood

50 woods of 3 x 4 : 500 naira per wood

400 woods of 2 x 4 : 400 naira per wood

320 woods of 2 x 3 : 300 naira per wood

660 woods of 2 x 2 : 250 naira per wood

50 woods of 1 x 12 : 1300 naira per wood

The workmanship is 200k

PLease let me know if this is reasonable or not.

Hi,

I am building a twin duplex. Recently, I got some pictures and I was surprised to notice that there are not pillars on the pictures.
I called the contractor and he told me that he put 24 pillars on the ground floor and 8 pillars on the first floor as the the first floor will not carry load.

This is really strange .... What do you think?

The twin duplex is 20 m *20 m = 400 sqrt meters

Second thing, he is asking me 320,000 Nairas for the carpenter workmanship for roofing work.

Please help
