3. No age limit, ur age is a determinant in your overall scores. You begin to lose points at age 30 and above. Canada doesn't want old cargoes I guess. U gotta be at least 18 tho

Hello to everyone in house, thanks for the Enlightening information passing across, kindly help me with the following questions :
1.Does one need to get a valid job offer in Canada before he can be qualified for pool.
2.Does one need to process it by it self or through an agent or representative.
3.What is the age limit before you can be qualified.
4.Can you please explain the process for me.
