I used dis id,3890, no candidate id was generated during registration. May b after submitting to workforce dey will generate candidate id,for u,

Good morning I received a message dat I should complete my information using a link by workforce, after filling my result n necessary information, I submitted, the error message I saw was sorry you have submitted before. Is it the site or work force, kindly respond
