Yes, this same process was conducted last year August. Success mails will be sent in a week time or some days for the congitative assessment stage. Involves Logic, Numerical and reasoning .

it was alright, for the most part. Saw two errors, though.
One number didn't have a question. Just options.
The other had an incomplete question.

I did my competency based interview on the 20th of April, not heard from them till now.
Any hope for me?

I think if trainees are not done with the training in the zone you are they won't proceed to recruit another set so the process may take 1 month for some people and 3-4 month for some people

No, not everyone gets that mail. That mail means they have selected those who will be reviewed. Subsequently, those that didn't get the mail will be sent mail.

Please note that mail shows you have been picked from the performance of your assessment and they're reviewing those who have performed well from the assessment.

I did. The last set wasn't grouped. So, why is this restricted? I applied for a graduate trainee program, not a sales program.

I think they gave almost all of us the sales department, I don't know why maybe that is the department that needs recruitment currently

Hello, I don't have any resource materials used, as Predictive index test did not have any practice question but the test is based on numerical, logical and verbal reasoning

50 questions for 12 minute

You can as well try to complete all the question when you noticed that the 12 minute is almost up and you are far behind .

Does anyone else keep getting email from SHL to take the test. I started the test on 17/04/23 but couldn’t complete it cause I was in pain from a medication I took.
Then I got a mail from SHL on 18th to complete the test by 19th, I didn’t do it.
I just got another email again asking me to complete the test by 21st.

Is there anyone else that received such?

Yes only for those that have not started or completed the test
