After downloading, I chose "system" tab as the only place for the change to be effected (I didnt want my wallpaper changed), then I rebooted the phone. My font got altered though, and I had to reapply that one too. I used a 3rd party launcher too though

I've done all that still the same result. What's the name of the theme let me download it
