hello my name is oluwayemisi ojo..... m an immigrant here in the united state, trying to bring my husband in from nigeria... but it happened that he has married before and he has gone through visa lottery... now he is divorced with his ex and the divorced paper he presented at the embassy is fake according to wat he was told at the us consolate in lagos...so he was told that the case will b return to NVC.. That it will remain pending under section 221(g) of immigration and nationality act. so pls wat can i do to re open the case. Because am all alone with my daughter and my daughter really need her father here, so please i need to know wat to do so dat he can join his wife and his daughter in USA.
