iv. Two (2) Passport Photographs;
v. JAMB Notification results;
vi. IIVC Clearance Certificate for Candidates of
Lagos State Origin;
vii. WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB scratch card for
each result presented; and
viii. LASU 2017/2018 Admission Screening Result
ix. JAMB Online Letter of Admission

Hmmm? is it compulsory? I didn't claim Lagos state na I claim ogun state and that's my Mum's state of origin

Last year I was told my state hindered my admission cuz it wasn't in the catchment area

So this year I decided to change my state of origin...... Hope I'm safe
